Rebuild Sprint

Status Update

Production cutover is Tuesday, June 16. The Studio rebuild has been sprinting toward the finish line: webinar registration now picks from six branded landing page templates, the overlays and scenes system shipped across four phases (persistence, real types, moments deck, scene strip), and the attendees panel got full moderation controls. The deploy pipeline got a top-to-bottom overhaul so staging auto-deploys and production ships through a gated promotion. End-meeting console noise is gone, and the Stream Copilot got streamlined into a clean command bar.

Highlights from the changelog:

  • Webinar registration templates (new). Hosts pick from six branded landing page layouts for their registration page, with passcode support, custom registration fields, and proper waitlist and pending-approval messaging.
  • Overlays and Scenes (new). Four phases shipped: persistent overlays across all session types, a real-types honesty pass, a show-mode moments deck for live presentations, and a one-tap scene strip for switching layouts mid-stream.
  • Attendees panel moderation (new). Raised-hands queue, move-to-stage and spotlight actions, mute and remove participants, and server-side waiting room management for moderators.
  • Production cutover prep. Migration scripts, day-of runbook, rehearsal gates, and guarded production clone tooling are all in place for the switch from old Studio to the rebuild.
  • Deploy pipeline overhaul. GitHub Flow now deploys staging on every push and ships production through a gated manual promotion with SHA pinning, staging domain guards, and Supabase change acknowledgments.
  • Stream Copilot streamlined. The meeting assistant is now a clean command bar instead of a cluttered panel.
  • End-meeting cleanup. Silenced the 50+ console errors that fired when leaving a meeting, so teardown is clean and quiet.

Coming next: Production cutover on Tuesday, June 16! The rebuild goes live as the production Studio app on Tuesday. Desktop and mobile apps head to beta testers right after, and branded email notifications for all event types are close behind.

Operly

Operly Anywhere Live

Status Update

The Partner Program is live and the platform is hardened. Operly's deploy pipeline got a top-to-bottom overhaul: staging auto-deploys on push, production ships through a gated promotion with SHA pinning and Supabase change guards. The iOS keyboard bug is fixed, referral and affiliate links are restored, and admins now have a partner metrics dashboard. Inline meeting invite accept/decline landed in email, and file/image uploads are working again after a platform-wide regression.

Platform progress:

  • Android: native app build progressing. A native Android shell was built for a more solid Play Store app, with branding and store-compliance work alongside it, moving toward submission.
  • Desktop: builds complete, waiting on code-signing. The Windows and Mac builds are done and stable, still waiting on identity verification to clear so downloads from the Operly site are warning-free.

Highlights from the changelog:

  • iOS keyboard fix (shipped). The chat composer now lifts above the soft keyboard on iPhone, so the typing area stays visible.
  • Referral and affiliate links restored. Public affiliate links are back at go.getoperly.ai format, click tracking is recording again, and stale state is masked during account switches.
  • Admin partner metrics (new). A partner metrics view for admins so platform partnership performance is visible at a glance.
  • Deploy pipeline overhaul. GitHub Flow now deploys staging on every push and ships production through a gated manual promotion with SHA pinning, Supabase change guards, and staging domain protection.
  • File and image uploads fixed. A platform-wide regression broke uploads across Chat and Studio. The root cause was traced and patched, and image attachments are processing again.
  • Inline meeting invite responses. One-click accept and decline buttons right in the email, instead of redirecting to Google Calendar.
  • Ongoing reliability. Emoji encoding in subject lines, chat input visibility, email automation limits, Sentry error tracking, and a Railway stale-image deploy incident all fixed and verified.

Coming next: Onboarding the first partners onto the white-label Partner Program, getting the native Android app submitted to the Play Store, and clearing the code-signing verification for desktop downloads.

Operly Support

Ready for Testing

Status Update

Built, live, and ready for testing. Operly Support is complete and running as Operly's dedicated support engine: AI-driven ticketing, email and in-app widget chat, and a knowledge base that syncs straight from Operly.

Status this cycle: Minor maintenance. PR preview deploys now work reliably with Vercel, dynamic redirect origins resolve correctly, and the Supabase allowlist covers all preview URLs. Old temp test files were cleaned out of the repo.

Coming next: Team testing, then smart RAG search across the full Operly knowledge base so customers get instant, accurate answers without ever leaving the app.

Pixa

On Hold

Status Update

Pixa is on hold. Operly and the R-Link Studio rebuild are the two heavy hitters right now, and they are taking the full focus.

Pausing Pixa for a stretch is the honest call, rather than splitting attention three ways and slowing all of it down. The rebuild groundwork is saved and ready to pick straight back up once Operly and the Studio rebuild are in a steadier place.
