Live on App StoreStatus Update
HUGE redesign has LANDED. The editorial glow-up is live in production. Dozens of bugs squashed in the process, and the app finally feels like the polished tool the user count deserves.
What also shipped this week:
- Documents can now be downloaded in many different formats
- Tasks now support drag-and-drop in the timeline view
- AI video generation: every model that was failing is now working
- New Vault feature for quick notes and pinned notes on the go
- Dozens of bugs squashed alongside the redesign
Affiliate program update: The affiliate side has been moved over to GHL. Still waiting to see exactly where it lands, but the heavy lifting is done and the path forward is set.
R-Link Rebuild
Handed OffStatus Update
Rebuild is DONE and handed off to the team. The full tech spec document is linked above so the R-Link team has everything they need to take it from here.
Live transcription, AI notetaker, redesigned replay pages, fully overhauled UI, new on-screen element builder, every navigation tab touched. Becomes a truly great meeting and streaming app.
Nova
Active DevelopmentStatus Update
Pivoting Nova from R-Link to Operly. Hoping to dig back into Nova this week and get it ready as the customer service layer for Operly instead. Same powerful engine, new home where it can ship and start helping users right away.
AI-driven on both the front end and back end, with multi-modal support through email and widget chat. Smart RAG search can intelligently work across the full Operly knowledge base once wired in.
Pixa
Active DevelopmentStatus Update
No change since Friday. Still in active rebuild mode. The goal is full feature and aesthetic parity with the original app, with a cleaner architecture underneath. Expect accelerated progress over the coming weeks.

Video content is at 100%. Every category in the slate is delivered. Heads up: as the apps continue to evolve, some videos may need to be re-shot or re-cut so the on-screen UI matches what users see. Already factoring that into the schedule.

Database access is no longer a blocker. I now have R-Link database access, which unblocks this project along with Nova testing and the product videos. Starting work on this week.

PlanningStatus Update
New project to build a production-ready video avatar customer service room. Building on the success of the HeyGen avatar demo at Ignite, this project will create a polished, always-on avatar experience for handling customer service interactions. Work is beginning now.

CompletedStatus Update
Successfully demoed at Ignite! This project is now considered completed after its successful stage presentation. The demo proved the feasibility of low-latency avatar support chat and will serve as a reference for future AI integrations.
R-Link Event App

Massive success at Ignite! The app held up great under real load, with attendees posting 1,688 pictures and nearly 10,000 comments. Now in maintenance mode as we use the data and photos for future marketing.
